Description

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For Assembly:

  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 can (10 oz) green enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix chicken, green chiles, sour cream, half of Monterey Jack cheese, salt, and pepper.
