- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
For the topping:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare crust: Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine crushed cookies and melted butter, press into pie dish, and bake for 8 minutes.
- Make the filling: Melt butter and chocolate, then mix in sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, eggs, and cream. Pour into crust and bake for 30–35 minutes.
- Prepare the topping: Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form. Spread over pie, garnish with chocolate, and chill before serving.
