Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
Topping:
- ½ cup chopped Snickers bars
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 2 tablespoons chocolate sauce
- pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until the texture resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix until combined. Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in chopped Snickers.
- Assemble and Chill: Pour the filling over the chilled crust, smooth the top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Finish and Serve: Top with more chopped Snickers, drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauce, sprinkle with sea salt (if desired), slice, and serve chilled.
