Puff Pastry:
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
Spiced Butter Mixture:

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Egg Wash:
- 1 egg, beaten
Orange Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
- Prepare the spiced butter mixture: Combine softened butter, sugar, orange zest, cardamom, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Roll out the puff pastry: Roll the puff pastry into a 10×12-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the spiced butter: Evenly spread the spiced butter mixture over the pastry.
- Roll the pastry: Roll the pastry into a log and cut it into 8 pieces.
- Place in muffin tin: Put the slices in the muffin tin, brush with egg wash, and bake for 20–25 minutes.
- Make the orange glaze: Mix powdered sugar and orange juice to make a glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze: Once baked, cool the buns slightly and drizzle with the orange glaze before serving.
