Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Prepare the vegetables: In a large roasting pan, combine potatoes, carrots, onion, and bell pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, season with thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
- Add the sausages: Nestle the sausages on top of the vegetables.

- Make the gravy: In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour, then slowly add broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until thickened.
