- 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
Seasoning:
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter (optional, for extra richness)

Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Toss potatoes: In a bowl, toss halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat with Parmesan: Sprinkle Parmesan on the baking sheet, place potatoes cut-side down on the cheese, and press gently.
- Roast: Roast for 30–35 minutes until golden and crispy.
