- 1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese (divided)
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce: In a large skillet, melt butter, add garlic, stir in flour to make a roux. Whisk in milk until slightly thickened. Add mozzarella and 1 cup Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
