For the Passion Fruit Mojito:
- 2 ounces white rum
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce passion fruit puree or juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 6–8 fresh mint leaves
- soda water to top

Instructions
- In a tall glass, muddle: Add mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice. Muddle gently to release mint oils.
- Add passion fruit and rum: Add passion fruit puree and rum to the glass.
- Fill with ice: Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Top with soda water: Fill to the top with soda water.
- Stir gently: Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Garnish and serve: Add lime wedge and mint sprig for garnish, if desired. Serve immediately.
