Peach Filling:
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or canned peaches (peeled and diced)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease an 8-inch round or square baking dish.
- Prepare the Peach Filling: In a saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and vanilla. Cook until slightly thickened, then cool.
- Roll out the Dough: Roll out the dough, brush with butter, and spread the peach mixture. Roll into a log and slice into pieces.
- Bake: Place the rolls in the baking dish and bake for 18–22 minutes until golden.
- Make the Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.
