Description

These Peach Pie Cinnamon Rolls are a delightful fusion of classic cinnamon rolls and fruity peach pie, perfect for a special breakfast treat or a comforting dessert. The sweet peach filling and aromatic cinnamon wrapped in a soft dough, topped with a vanilla glaze, will surely impress your family and guests.

Ingredients

Scale

Dough:

  • 1 can (13.8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough

Peach Filling:

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or canned peaches (peeled and diced)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease an 8-inch round or square baking dish.
  2. Prepare the Peach Filling: In a saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and vanilla. Cook until slightly thickened, then cool.
  3. Roll out the Dough: Roll out the dough, brush with butter, and spread the peach mixture. Roll into a log and slice into pieces.
  4. Bake: Place the rolls in the baking dish and bake for 18–22 minutes until golden.
  5. Make the Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.

Notes

  • Use drained canned peaches or thawed frozen peaches if fresh isn’t available.
  • Add a pinch of nutmeg for extra flavor.
  • Best served warm; leftovers can be reheated.
