Chocolate Swirl:
- 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and peanut butter, stirring until well combined.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Mix in the flour and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Prepare Chocolate Swirl: Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and swirl over the blondie batter.
- Bake: Bake for 22–25 minutes until set. Cool before slicing into squares.
