Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in oats, almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
