  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine oats, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce to low and simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and creamy.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract.
