Tortillas:
- 4 large flour tortillas
Pizza Sauce:
- 1/2 cup
Cheese:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Toppings:
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices or cooked sausage crumbles
- 1/4 cup black olives (sliced)
- 1/4 cup bell peppers (diced)
- 1/4 cup red onion (diced)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- olive oil or cooking spray for skillet
Instructions
- Prepare Skillet: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Layer Ingredients: Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread 2 tablespoons pizza sauce evenly over the surface. Add mozzarella, cheddar cheeses, pepperoni, olives, bell peppers, and onion. Top with a second tortilla.
- Cook Quesadizza: Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted. Remove from skillet, let rest for 1 minute, then cut into wedges.
- Repeat and Serve: Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top before serving.
Notes
- Customize with your favorite pizza toppings like mushrooms, spinach, ham, or jalapeños.
- For a crispier finish, bake the assembled quesadizzas in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 5–7 minutes after pan-frying.
