Description

Quesadizzas are a fun and delicious mashup of quesadillas and pizzas. These crispy, cheesy treats are easy to customize with your favorite toppings and make for a quick and satisfying meal or snack.

Tortillas:

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Pizza Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup

Cheese:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices or cooked sausage crumbles
  • 1/4 cup black olives (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers (diced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Others:

  • olive oil or cooking spray for skillet

Instructions

  1. Prepare Skillet: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Layer Ingredients: Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread 2 tablespoons pizza sauce evenly over the surface. Add mozzarella, cheddar cheeses, pepperoni, olives, bell peppers, and onion. Top with a second tortilla.
  3. Cook Quesadizza: Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted. Remove from skillet, let rest for 1 minute, then cut into wedges.
  4. Repeat and Serve: Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top before serving.

  • Customize with your favorite pizza toppings like mushrooms, spinach, ham, or jalapeños.
  • For a crispier finish, bake the assembled quesadizzas in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 5–7 minutes after pan-frying.
