Instructions
- Prepare the crepes: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients, whisking until smooth. Rest batter for 15–30 minutes.
- Cook the crepes: Heat a skillet, pour batter, cook until set, then flip and cook briefly. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Assemble: Place brownie chunks in each crepe, fold, add ice cream, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and garnish with whipped cream and toppings.
Notes
