Ingredients

Chicken:

4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

Seasoning:

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons za’atar spice blend
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Additional:

1 small red onion (sliced)
fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Prepare the chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix the seasoning: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, za’atar, garlic powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
