For the Honey Garlic Sauce:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the sweet potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Spread on the baking sheet, roast for 20 minutes.
- Add sausage: Remove from the oven, add the sausage slices, toss together. Roast for an additional 15 minutes until tender.
