Sausage:
- 4 breakfast sausage links, cooked and halved lengthwise
Scrambled Eggs:
- 4 large eggs, scrambled and cooked
Cheese:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Additional:
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted (for brushing)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook Eggs: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the scrambled eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until just set; remove from heat.
- Prepare Roll-Ups: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. On the wide end of each triangle, layer a spoonful of scrambled eggs, half a sausage link, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Roll up each triangle, enclosing the filling.
- Bake: Place the roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
