Lemon, Caper & Parsley Butter:

  • 2 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced

Instructions
