Cabbage:

- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Prepare the Cabbage: Remove any loose or damaged outer leaves from the cabbage and trim the stem slightly. Cut out a small cone-shaped core from the base.
- Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter: Mix softened butter with garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the Cabbage: Rub the garlic Parmesan butter mixture over the cabbage, including the core cavity.
