Crescent Roll Dough:

Cheesecake Filling:
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the Base: Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the dish, pinching seams to seal.
- Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the mixture over the crescent dough.
- Add the Top Layer: Unroll the second can of dough and place it over the cream cheese layer, pinching seams to seal.
- Top and Bake: Pour melted butter over the top. Mix 1/4 cup sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle it over the butter. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before cutting into bars.
- Chill if Desired: Chill in the refrigerator for cleaner slices if desired.
