  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Seasoned Butter:

  • 2 tablespoons butter (softened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Seasoned Butter: In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Spread the seasoned butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Assemble Sandwiches: Place two bread slices, buttered side down, on a skillet. Layer with mozzarella, sauced spaghetti, Parmesan, and remaining mozzarella. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
