- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons sriracha or chili garlic sauce
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp: Toss the shrimp with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Cook the shrimp: Heat oils in a skillet, cook shrimp until pink, then set aside.
- Sauté vegetables: Cook onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger until softened.
- Scramble eggs: Push vegetables aside, add eggs, scramble, and mix everything.
- Add rice and seasonings: Stir in rice, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, sriracha, and peas. Heat through.
