For the Shrimp:

- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Sauce:
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Sear the Shrimp: Cook seasoned shrimp in olive oil until pink, then set aside.
- Make the Sauce: Sauté garlic, red pepper flakes, add tomatoes, cream, and Parmesan. Simmer, then return shrimp to the skillet.
- Combine: Toss in pasta, adjust consistency with pasta water, squeeze lemon juice, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
