  • juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  2. Sear the Shrimp: Cook seasoned shrimp in olive oil until pink, then set aside.
  3. Make the Sauce: Sauté garlic, red pepper flakes, add tomatoes, cream, and Parmesan. Simmer, then return shrimp to the skillet.
  4. Combine: Toss in pasta, adjust consistency with pasta water, squeeze lemon juice, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
