Description

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Add spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  3. Bake: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  4. Serve: Serve warm with chips, bread, or veggies.
