Water Chestnuts:

Dry Vegetable Soup Mix:
1 packet (1 oz)
Garlic:
2 cloves (minced)
Black Pepper:
¼ teaspoon
Optional:
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese until smooth.
