Description

This Spinach Dip recipe is a creamy and flavorful appetizer perfect for parties or gatherings. It’s easy to make and pairs well with bread, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Ingredients

Frozen Chopped Spinach:

1 (10 oz) package (thawed and well-drained)

Sour Cream:

1 cup

Mayonnaise:

½ cup

Cream Cheese:

½ cup (softened)

Water Chestnuts:

1 (8 oz) can (drained and chopped)

Dry Vegetable Soup Mix:

1 packet (1 oz)

Garlic:

2 cloves (minced)

Black Pepper:

¼ teaspoon

Optional:

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add Flavors: Stir in vegetable soup mix, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  3. Combine Spinach Mix: Add well-drained spinach and chopped water chestnuts, mix well.
  4. Optional: Fold in Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
  5. Serve: Garnish with green onions. Serve with bread, crackers, or veggies.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
