Puff Pastry Chips:

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: Roll out the puff pastry or pizza dough into a thin rectangle, about 1/8 inch thick. Use a small star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out stars.
- Season the stars: Transfer the stars to the baking sheet, brush with olive oil or melted butter, sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian herbs, sea salt, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake: Bake for 10–14 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool slightly before serving.
