Meat and Seafood:
- ¾ pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- ¾ pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 green onions, sliced

- Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
- Cook the steak: Toss sliced steak with cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry in oil until browned; set aside.
- Cook the shrimp: In the same pan, cook shrimp until pink; set aside.
- Sauté aromatics and vegetables: In the pan, sauté garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and snap peas.
- Combine ingredients: Return steak and shrimp to the pan. Add noodles and sauce. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
