Pudding Layer:
- 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix
- 2 1/2 cups cold milk
Strawberry Layer:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
- 1 cup strawberry pie filling or strawberry glaze
- Additional whipped topping and strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Oreo Crust: Combine crushed golden Oreos and melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch dish and chill.
- Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and milk. Fold in whipped topping and spread over crust.
- Pudding Layer: Whisk pudding mixes with milk until thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer.
- Strawberry Layer: Mix sliced strawberries with pie filling/glaze. Spread over pudding layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and garnish with strawberries. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese, skim milk, and light whipped topping.
