- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
- 2 1/2 cups beef or chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Meat and Veggies: Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet. Cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add bell peppers and garlic, cooking for an additional few minutes.
