Pasta Salad:

  • 12 oz rotini or bowtie pasta
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 2 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 avocado (diced, optional)
  • ½ cup red onion (thinly sliced)

Dressing:

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water, drain, and cool.
  2. Prepare the Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
