- 4 pork chops, trimmed
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup water
- ½ cup each diced carrot, celery, and peas

- tbsp parsley flakes, crushed
- 1/2 tsp oregano leaves, crushed
