- 2 tablespoons rice wine or apple cider vinegar (or any white vinegar)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 pork chops bone-in or out
- Salt and pepper, to season
- 1/4 cup water or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
4 Pork Chops – Boneless or Bone-in. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Preheat the skillet with oil to get it nice and hot.
Sear the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until they are crisp and golden.
Melt butter in the pan with the pork chops.
Mix Garlic, Honey, Water (or Broth), and vinegar and add it to the pan. Cook until the sauce thickens – approximately 3-4 minutes.
Baste the pork generously with the sauce and broil/grill for 1-2 minutes, or until edges are slightly charred.
