Instructions
- Cook Noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions, drain, rinse, and set aside.
- Cook Chicken: Brown chicken in 1 tbsp sesame oil, then set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: Cook garlic, ginger, and bell pepper in remaining oil.
- Make Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, chili garlic sauce, rice vinegar, and broth.
