Smoothie Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, fresh or frozen
- 1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk

- 2 large medjool dates, pits removed (use 4 if using smaller dates)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Blend: Combine all smoothie ingredients—bananas, non-dairy milk, espresso or coffee, tahini, dates, cinnamon, ice, and a pinch of salt—in a blender.
- Process: Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, ensuring all the dates and tahini are fully incorporated.
- Serve: Divide the smoothie evenly into two cups or glasses.
- Add Toppings: Garnish with optional toppings such as a sprinkle of cinnamon, a dollop of whipped cream, and some shaved dark chocolate for extra flavor and visual appeal.
