- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup caramel bits or soft caramels (melted)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)
- Sea salt (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking pan to form the crust layer.
- Add the condensed milk: Pour the entire can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crust, spreading it gently to cover the surface.
- Layer the toppings: Sprinkle caramel bits or drizzle melted caramels evenly over the condensed milk layer. Then, sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips, chopped pecans, and sweetened shredded coconut (if using) evenly on top.
- Bake the bars: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the assembled bars for 25 to 30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the caramel is bubbly.
- Cool and garnish: Remove the pan from the oven and let the magic bars cool completely at room temperature. Once cooled, sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt if desired. Cut into 16 squares and serve.

- For a nut-free version, omit the pecans or substitute with seeds like pumpkin or sunflower seeds.
- If you prefer a less sweet version, reduce the amount of caramel or use dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet.
