  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Vegetables

  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Cheese & Sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: In a bowl, toss the chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, ground cumin, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to evenly coat the pieces with the seasoning.
  2. Cook the chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and no longer pink inside. Remove from heat and slice thinly.
  3. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to crisp the naan and melt the cheese.
  4. Assemble the pizzas: Place the naan breads on a baking sheet. Spread a generous layer of tzatziki sauce over each naan, then evenly distribute the cooked chicken slices on top.
  5. Add vegetables and cheese: Arrange the diced cucumbers, sliced red bell pepper, sliced red onion, and halved cherry tomatoes over the chicken. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on each naan.
