Instructions
- Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Scramble Eggs: Heat butter or oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture and scramble gently until just set.
- Prepare Tortillas: Warm tortillas in the microwave or on a dry skillet for 10–15 seconds to make them pliable.
- Assemble Burritos: Lay out each tortilla and layer scrambled eggs, cooked sausage or bacon, hash browns, shredded cheese, salsa, green onions, and avocado slices. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly into a burrito.
