- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wraps and Toppings
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 4 slices of vegan cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced

- 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
Instructions
- Sauté Onions and Garlic: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Cook Plant-Based Meat: Add plant-based ground meat to the skillet. Break it up with a spatula and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Stir in soy sauce or tamari, tomato paste, vegan Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 more minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Prepare Tortillas: Lay tortillas flat or warm them for 10-15 seconds in a skillet or microwave for easy rolling.
- Assemble Wraps: Spread a thin layer of vegan mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on each tortilla. Place one slice of vegan cheddar cheese on top, followed by a generous scoop of the cooked filling. Add shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles.
- Roll and Grill Wraps (Optional): Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll from the bottom up to secure the filling. For a crispy finish, grill the wraps in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
