Watermelon Slushie:

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon (cubed and chilled)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 12 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, depending on sweetness of watermelon)
  • juice of 1 lime
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place Ingredients in Blender: Place the watermelon cubes, ice cubes, honey or agave (if using), and lime juice into a blender.
  2. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until smooth and slushy.
  3. Taste and Adjust: Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Serve: Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For an adult version, add a splash of vodka, rum, or tequila before blending.
