Watermelon Slushie:
- 4 cups seedless watermelon (cubed and chilled)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, depending on sweetness of watermelon)
- juice of 1 lime
- fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place Ingredients in Blender: Place the watermelon cubes, ice cubes, honey or agave (if using), and lime juice into a blender.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until smooth and slushy.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Serve: Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For an adult version, add a splash of vodka, rum, or tequila before blending.
- You can also freeze the watermelon cubes ahead of time and omit the ice for a thicker texture.
