Instructions
- Prepare Coffee Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
- Assemble Iced Whipped Coffee: For iced whipped coffee, fill a glass with ice cubes, pour in milk, and spoon the whipped coffee mixture over the top.
- Enjoy Hot Version: For a hot version, heat the milk before topping with the coffee foam. Stir before drinking.
Using a hand mixer, whisk, or frother, beat the mixture for 3–5 minutes until light, fluffy, and forms stiff peaks.
