- Cook the fritters: Heat skillet, add olive oil, drop batter into pan, flatten slightly, cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Make the tzatziki: Combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Chill.
